Privacy Policy
We operate VPS hosting with a privacy-conscious approach. This policy explains what we collect, what we avoid, and how we use information. It applies to our website, billing portal, and customer accounts—not to what you choose to run on your own VPS.
Data minimization
We collect only what we need to provide hosting, authenticate you, process cryptocurrency payments, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising profiles based on your browsing on our site.
Account and billing information
To create and manage an account we typically process information you provide, such as email address and, if you choose to provide it, a name or organization. For cryptocurrency payments we process payment identifiers required to match your transaction (e.g. invoice IDs, transaction hashes, wallet addresses you pay from, and amounts). On-chain payments are public by nature; we cannot control third-party blockchain indexing.
IP addresses and connection logs
We do not store your IP address in our customer database for marketing, profiling, or long-term analytics. We avoid retaining server access logs that tie your identity to IP addresses longer than necessary to operate the service—typically short retention for security, abuse handling, and debugging, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Your VPS instances may log connections for their own purposes; that is under your control, not ours.
What we do not do
We do not intentionally log the contents of your VPS disk or traffic for routine inspection. We do not require government-issued ID for standard signup unless we later introduce enhanced verification for specific risk cases (which would be disclosed separately).
Cookies, sessions, and security
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies as needed for login sessions, CSRF protection, cart/checkout, and preferences. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling them may break login or checkout.
Infrastructure, CDN, and third parties
Our site and network may rely on providers such as hosting upstreams, DDoS protection, DNS, and content delivery. Those providers may process IP addresses and technical metadata in transit to deliver pages and mitigate attacks. Their processing is governed by their own policies. We choose providers consistent with our operational needs.
Support and communications
If you contact us (e.g. ticket, email, Telegram), we retain messages as needed to resolve issues and maintain records of abuse or billing disputes.
Retention
We retain account and billing records as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute resolution purposes. Short-lived technical logs are rotated or deleted on schedules appropriate to their purpose.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (e.g. records we must keep). Contact us through our website; we may verify your request.
International processing
We may process and store data in multiple jurisdictions. By using the services, you understand that data may cross borders.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" indication will be reflected when we post changes on this page.
